Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, inspections, reporting, and performance analysis to improve HSE outcomes.
• Coach and mentor operations teams and HSE Technicians during facility expansion projects.
