Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to operate across three shifts.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team members to meet daily output goals.
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency compliance on the line.
• Resolve issues and escalate to management or engineering as needed.
• Train employees on SOPs and safety practices.
• Maintain production records and shift handovers.
• Support continuous improvement and KPI achievement.
• Administer attendance and enforce discipline as required.
• Manage heat treat activities and coordinate related tasks.
