Job summary

Dana is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift in our manufacturing facility. You will supervise production team members, assign tasks to meet daily output goals, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in manufacturing. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety protocols is important, and you will train and coach staff while maintaining accurate production records.
