Job summary

Tomball Controls, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee a team, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, lean manufacturing knowledge, and experience with ERP systems. Collaboration with Planning, Quality, Materials, and Maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably metal fabrication or electrical/mechanical assembly.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team members to meet schedules and demand.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor output, labor efficiency, and material usage; take corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Lead daily team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Materials, and Maintenance to minimize downtime.
