Job summary

TBAGC is seeking a capable Quality Control Group Leader to oversee QC operations across the designated shift. You will direct Team Leaders and Team Members, ensure adherence to TPS methods, and drive safety, quality, and productivity metrics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include staffing planning, performance coaching, and coordinating with the Quality department to investigate defects and implement containment measures while maintaining compliance with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Automotive/quality system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line supervisor over team leaders and team members.
• Plan staffing and monitor overtime, attendance, and rotation.
• Lead manufacturing area to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Apply Toyota Production System (TPS) to standardize processes and reduce waste.
• Partner with Quality to investigate and contain quality issues; drive containment actions.
• Coach and develop team members; maintain training matrices and performance reviews.
• Maintain KPI boards and drive continuous improvement projects across shifts.
