Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an Industrial Engineering Supervisor to oversee plant Industrial Engineers, collaborating with management to develop staffing plans and drive productivity objectives.

The role interfaces daily with production management and union leadership, supporting manpower budgeting and forecasting. The position contributes to SPW initiatives and aids in shop floor operational management and manpower planning.

Qualifications

• Experience with time and motion studies and standardized work.
• Strong understanding of throughput improvement processes in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of data collection and problem-solving methods.
• Experience leading a team and directing cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant Industrial Engineers and align staffing with hourly and salary needs.
• Collaborate with production management and union leadership on staffing requirements.
• Assist in planning and adjusting manpower per production schedules and budget cycles.
• Support SPW implementation and participate in program reviews and system design discussions.
• Assist IE Manager with day-to-day shop floor management.
