Job summary

Copeland in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Configuration and Panel Shop. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and efficient production while coordinating with Cargo, Shipping, Stock Room, Materials, Maintenance, and Engineering.

The role requires supervising, training, and evaluating staff, solving issues quickly, and driving process improvements to meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred and related experience.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety procedures and audits.
• Supervise daily production in Configuration and Panel Shop.
• Coordinate resources and workflow for on-time delivery.
• Monitor quality and drive continuous improvement using Lean/5S.
• Lead and mentor production staff; conduct evaluations.
• Prepare production reports and maintain records.
