Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience and a strong track record in lean methods, problem solving, and team development. This hands-on role focuses on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel during daily operations.
• Ensure production schedules and customer delivery requirements are met.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and engagement.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Leadership teams.
• Track production metrics and prepare reports as required.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
