Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor in Oshkosh, WI to lead daily operations, support employee success, and ensure production schedules and customer commitments are met. This role blends people leadership with problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage staffing, coordinate with Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and other teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency, while maintaining a safe, inclusive work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Associate degree in Business, Supervision, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
• Experience with ERP systems, Production scheduling, Inventory management, and Operational reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and achieve production goals.
• Ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
• Assign employees effectively and coordinate training and development.
• Resolve production, staffing, scheduling, and workflow challenges.
• Promote a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment.
• Communicate regularly with employees and management.
• Partner with Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and other operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
