Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. in the Yankton area of South Dakota seeks a Lean-focused Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing and managing Team Leaders and associates, implementing Lean processes to boost productivity, and coordinating daily production with off-shift teams. Relocation assistance is available within the Midwest; this employer does not sponsor or relocate candidates from outside the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years of major professional accomplishments in leadership of sizable projects/teams.
• Involvement with LEAN process improvements/implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Team Leaders and associates, Process Engineering, Quality, budgets, employment decisions and performance assessments.
• Lead Lean implementation to achieve productivity gains and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations including supply chain production control, manufacturing priorities, and coordination with off-shift management and order shipments.
