Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills; able to compute rates and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems and work with varied variables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations including processes and staff to meet productivity targets.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor results and implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, orient, and train new staff; monitor performance and progress.
• Implement lean practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in the work environment.
• Plan changes for model shifts, capacity, or scheduling changes.
