Job summary

Atkore is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams in a Lean environment. You will drive daily management, coaching, and problem solving to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Expect cross-functional collaboration, training, and Kaizen involvement as you advance through immersion, then ownership of shift performance, KPI boards, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plastic pipe/conduit extrusion strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead using the Atkore Business System and Lean Daily Management within teams.
• Develop plans to improve engagement, alignment, and performance of production staff.
• Ensure safety standards, production schedules, and quality specifications.
