Job summary

Qualifications
- BS or BA in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6’s, SMED)
- ISO-9000/14000 familiarity; welding standards knowledge (AWS, ASME) preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and production software
Responsibilities
- Direct activities within the operations team related to production, inventory, and quality
- Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Manage KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework) and production planning across centers
- Analyze lean manufacturing problems and drive continuous improvement
