Job summary

Flowserve US Inc in Vernon, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct the Machining department (Manual & CNC). You will implement continuous improvement tools, oversee production planning, and monitor KPIs to maximize efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a leadership role within a machine shop environment.
• CNC machining experience required.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6S, SMED) and continuous improvement.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Proven team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the Machining department (Manual & CNC).
• Implement Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning across multiple work centers.
• Manage KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analyze and solve manufacturing problems.
