Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred.

• Lean manufacturing techniques knowledge required.
• Experience establishing KPI metrics and dashboards.
• Capital project development and project management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement & support lean manufacturing (cell design, safety, data tracking, quality checks).
• Champion continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
• Use data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to cut lead times and costs.
• Create and maintain work instructions, routers, data sheets.
• Ensure projects meet cost and completion goals.
