Capital project development and project management experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Implement & support lean manufacturing (cell design, safety, data tracking, quality checks).
Champion continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
Use data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Participate in cross-functional teams to cut lead times and costs.
Create and maintain work instructions, routers, data sheets.
Ensure projects meet cost and completion goals.
