Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts in a 24/7 operation, and to manage attendance, payroll, and disciplinary processes in line

Qualifications

BS or BA degree required.
3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
Experience with 5S and Lean Tools.
Proven leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
History of increasing responsibilities with results.
Excellent team builder and team player.

Responsibilities

Supervise manufacturing activities in a high-speed automated assembly environment.
Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity for the shift.
Hire, train, cross-train, and performance-manage direct employees.
Coach production leaders to meet objectives.
Promote a team-focused culture including temps and inventory.
Ensure staffing with trained and supported personnel.
Drive efficiency with lean tools and TPM; standardize processes.
Support Six-Sigma and Poka-Yoke; continuous improvement.
Manage attendance, payroll, and disciplinary processes.
Rotate between day and night shifts as needed in a 24/7 operation.
