Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 30+ production hourly employees and mentor staff.
• Oversee production lines, review downtime and assist in troubleshooting.
• Develop, maintain and audit Standard Work for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Promote a clean, safe work area and enforce safety procedures.
• Review timesheets and adjust workforce based on workload.
