Indium Corporation is seeking a Full Time Production Supervisor for Rome, NY. The role oversees a team of operators, ensuring accurate and timely completion of job orders while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will mentor and evaluate staff, coordinate resources, and drive Lean improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity. The position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with local travel as needed.
