Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years related work experience; associate degree preferred.
• Associates degree preferred; strong mentoring and leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, inventory management, work flow, and basic lean concepts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule activities within area of supervision in collaboration with other departments.
• Direct the activities and formally evaluate the performance of a team of Operators.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and coordinate resources to complete jobs on time and in quality.
