Job summary

You will supervise staff, schedule production, manage inventory, and control expenses while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

This role collaborates with maintenance, sales, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and strategic planning across the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; engineering degree preferred.
• Strong communication and management experience.
• Project management and change management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead production scheduling and ensure material availability to maintain on-time delivery.
• Oversee staffing, training, supervision, performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for facility and personnel.
• Collaborate with maintenance on preventive maintenance and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales on orders, customer concerns, and visits.
• Report to Plant Manager and leadership; generate ad hoc reports as required.
• Support quality system improvements and audits; uphold Indium’s quality standards.
• Approve purchase orders within authority; assist with budgets and strategic planning.
