Job summary

Victaulic, a leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a Production Scheduler Planner for Tioga, PA, at the Lawrenceville Foundry. You will manage MRP and Kanban, prioritize production, and ensure on‑time material flow while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, improving processes, and maintaining data integrity. A bachelor's degree and Lean knowledge are preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in Materials Management in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (kanban, pull) preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills required.
• Must be responsible and self-motivated.
• Willing to work extra hours as project or production needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Understand and abide by safety rules and train others on safety topics.
• Direct manufacturing activities to ensure product availability and customer service.
• Manage both MRP and Kanban requirements and distribute/maintain orders.
• Handle inquiries or expedited delivery for assigned products.
• Maintain planning data and Kanban levels; review data regularly.
• Assist with process improvement and documentation and training.
