Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Production Planning Supervisor in Byhalia, MS to coordinate the production control function and drive lean scheduling practices.

The role emphasizes capacity planning, schedule adherence, and collaboration with area managers to meet customer delivery expectations. 5–7 years in manufacturing is expected, with a BA in management or supply chain and APICS CPIM preferred.

Qualifications

• BA degree in management, supply chain, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• APICS CPIM certification a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, COPICS, Barcode, Trace, QCBD systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage production control activities.
• Disburse production schedules and ensure capacity aligns with demand.
• Lead lean initiatives to level load and improve schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain processes for synchronization across departments.
• Mentor and coach team members in problem solving and continuous improvement.
