Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Production Planner to optimize scheduling, materials availability, and inventory control using Lean principles. The role requires coordinating with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to meet customer demand efficiently.

We welcome 1–3 years of production planning experience, strong Excel skills, and advanced English proficiency. Collaboration across departments is essential to drive continuous improvement and achieve performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in production planning or related areas.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Advanced Excel and strong English proficiency.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to negotiate and collaborate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
Analyze inventory levels and raw material availability to ensure continuity of production.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely arrival of critical materials.
Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions when deviations arise.
Adjust production plans based on demand changes or production issues.
Collaborate with MRB teams to resolve production line issues.
Track and maintain key metrics such as safety stock, fill rate, past due orders, and revenue.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and control processes.
