Fidelis Logistics is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production activities, streamline processes, and drive results in a fast-paced setting. You will manage schedules, optimize labor and inventory, and foster a culture of excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 5–7 years in manufacturing, and 5+ years in supervision, with proficiency in ERP systems and production management tools. Evening/weekend flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and manage production staff to meet goals.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep production efficient.
• Oversee pallet repair to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Track performance data and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages.
• Communicate with teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes meet company and regulatory standards.
