Candidates should have 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including 3+ years as Production/Operations Manager, with Lean/Six Sigma experience and ERP familiarity. Travel up to 15% may be required. Schedule is 6am–6pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred; strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
• Drive adherence to production schedules and coordinate with planning and materials teams for on-time delivery.
• Foster a people-first culture emphasizing engagement, development, and accountability.
• Sustain Lean practices: visual management, 5S, standard work, and problem solving.
