The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team culture, with a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing and people development. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including 3+ years as Plant/Operations Manager, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's and Lean/Six Sigma certification are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, business, operations management, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar experience preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years as Plant/Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for plant operations, driving safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Inspire and develop leaders across Production, Materials, Quality and Engineering.
• Deliver safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement results.
• Drive Operational Excellence through Lean tools, systems thinking and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Engineering, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to support objectives.
• Champion behaviors: People First, We Work Together, We Learn and Grow.
• Monitor KPIs; improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
