The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing, strong Lean/5S experience, and a proven ability to define and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience.
• Experience developing performance metrics and implementing KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, schedule, and output goals.
• Coach and develop supervisors, team leaders, and production associates.
• Develop performance metrics and create, implement, and monitor KPIs.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to improve productivity and operational discipline.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and workflow with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Lead root-cause problem solving and implement sustainable corrective actions.
