Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an Operations Leader at our Tennessee facility to supervise a team of supervisors, team leads, and production staff. You will apply Lean methodologies to optimize value stream performance and drive continuous improvement across departments.

You will mentor Green and Yellow Belts, lead cost-reduction efforts, and ensure safe, high-quality production while communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations/Engineering/Manufacturing/Business or related field.
• 7+ years of operational experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering with cross-functional leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred; Green Belt with demonstrated history.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for production operations and mentor/ develop supervisors and team leads.
• Apply Lean tools such as Andon, VSM, Flow Improvements and Line Balancing to meet objectives.
• Coach Green and Yellow Belts to drive positive financial impact to the business.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity in visual management format to sustain morale.
• Lead cross-functional launches of new models and coordinate training and process alignment.
