Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand, inventory, and schedules.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of supervisors and operators.
• Ensure products meet quality standards with QA processes.
• Allocate resources to meet targets while controlling costs.
• Continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Promote safety protocols and investigate incidents promptly.
• Oversee inventory control to minimize stockouts and excess.
• Manage production budgets and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead lean initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
• Generate reports on production metrics and KPIs with improvement insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
