Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, meet targets, and ensure safety. You will lead a diverse team and collaborate across functions to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in production leadership, strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and production planning, plus experience with manufacturing software.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with manufacturing software and ERP/MES systems.
• Commitment to safety and process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans aligning with demand and schedules.
• Lead and mentor production supervisors, operators, and staff.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and monitor QC processes.
• Allocate resources to meet targets while controlling costs.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enforce safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
• Oversee inventory control and reduce stockouts.
• Manage production budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Generate reports on metrics and provide improvement insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
