Job summary
Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations. You will drive production efficiency, meet targets, maintain product quality, and ensure workforce safety.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute production plans that align with customer demand, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
- Ensure products meet or exceed quality standards and implement quality control processes.
- Allocate resources to meet targets while controlling costs.
- Continuously improve production processes to maximize efficiency and throughput.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
