Qualifications

• 5+ years of production, manufacturing, or operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management with coaching focus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with schedules, production metrics, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of safety, quality control, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.
• Supervise and support production staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and other teams to resolve production challenges.
• Drive the adoption of lean manufacturing principles and 5S workplace organization.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for material needs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, metrics, and challenges.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to minimize downtime and improve workflow.
• Support employee development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
