Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in a production supervisory role.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Knowledge of key production metrics and the ability to monitor and improve these metrics.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing production associates to promote accountability, engagement, and strong performance.
• Monitoring key production metrics such as yield, scrap, uptime, takt, and labor efficiency.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools.
• Supporting new product introductions, process changes, and equipment launches.
