Jobot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in our Springfield facility. This role offers growth opportunities and a path to advance within a global industrial leader, with a salary range of $60k–$75k per year and full benefits.

You will coach staff, monitor yield, scrap, uptime, and labor efficiency, drive Lean initiatives, support new product launches, and partner with other departments to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Knowledge of key production metrics and the ability to monitor and improve these metrics.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing production associates to promote accountability, engagement, and strong performance.
• Monitoring key production metrics such as yield, scrap, uptime, takt, and labor efficiency; addressing gaps and implementing actions.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools; leading implementations.
• Supporting new product introductions, process changes, and equipment launches; collaborating with other departments.
