Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production team with a Servant Leadership approach, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget. You will guide personnel policies, support morale, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Essential functions include coordinating with QA, managing production metrics, training staff, and participating in hiring, while maintaining a Lean manufacturing culture and strong communication with upper management.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or 3–5 years manufacturing management experience.
• Word, Excel, and database familiarity.
• Supervisor Training Program completion or current supervisor status.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production to meet demand, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coach and motivate staff; administer performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with safety, cost management, and budget planning; support hiring and training.
