Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or (Technical) Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting or process improvement.
• Legal permission to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work on-site.
• Analytical, curious and proactive problem-solver.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Project management knowledge: timelines, prioritization, and multi-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map and assess end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Lead and facilitate transformation and redesign workshops with client teams.
• Redesign operations to drive measurable performance improvements.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical, executable solutions.
• Work hands-on at client sites with direct access to decision-makers.
