Zusammenfassung

LU-VE Group is expanding its Jacksonville, Texas manufacturing facility and seeking a detail-oriented Lean Process Technician to support efficiency, process improvements, and operational excellence on the shop floor.

You will monitor production, conduct time studies, and help implement Lean practices across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams while maintaining SOPs and accurate records in SAP.

Qualifikationen

• Technical certification or Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, process improvement, or a related technical role.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and document production data.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow.
• Conduct time studies, collect production data, and assist with process evaluations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support efforts to reduce scrap, rework, downtime, and material waste.
• Utilize SAP to review production information, track process performance, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with production line improvements, workstation organization, and equipment layout optimization.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare basic production efficiency reports.
• Support employee training on standardized work procedures and Lean Manufacturing practices.
