Job summary

LU-VE Group is expanding its manufacturing footprint and seeks a Lean Process Technician to drive continuous improvement on the production floor. You will monitor processes, collect data, and support the implementation of Lean practices across production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include standardizing work, time studies, SOP development, and collaboration with supervisors to reduce waste and boost efficiency. Proficiency with SAP and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

  • Certification or associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, continuous improvement).
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and document production data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
  • Ability to work on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and continuous improvement activities.
  • Monitor production processes to identify efficiency, quality, and workflow improvements.
  • Conduct time studies and collect production data for evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
  • Help reduce scrap, rework, downtime, and material waste.
  • Use SAP to review production information and track performance.
  • Assist with production line improvements and equipment layout optimization.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and engineering to implement improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare basic production efficiency reports.
  • Support training on standardized work procedures and Lean practices.
