GE Vernova in Longmont, CO is seeking an undergraduate or graduate intern for the Product Lifecycle Program Management team. You will apply Lean methodologies to standardize workflows to help the product organization deliver commitments with greater speed and consistency.

This role focuses on identifying bottlenecks, formalizing Standard Work, and improving cross-functional communication between engineering and commercial teams.

Formación

• Current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree.
• Completed at least two full years of college.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Smartsheet familiarity is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work out of the Longmont, CO facility for duration of role.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Lifecycle Program Managers to identify bottlenecks and develop Lean solutions.
• Formalize standard work and process docs to ensure consistency.
• Create standardized workflows to synchronize engineering and commercial teams.
• Analyze data to identify cycle-time reduction opportunities.
