Job summary

GE Vernova in Longmont, CO invites motivated undergrad and grad students to join the Controls Product Management team for an internship. You’ll work on real assignments, collaborate with Engineering, Commercial & Sales, and the Supply Chain, and gain exposure to our controls manufacturing plant.

Applicants should be enrolled in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related fields with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a willingness to learn strategic planning rhythms in a world-class industrial

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an discipline as listed below.
Following majors accepted: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).

Responsibilities

Work on an assignment / project with program and product management to stretch your learning and skillset.
Identify, own, and develop a solution to directly address a critical business challenge through improved visual management.
Help develop standard work and processes across different functions to drive efficiency across the business.
Report on progress and status to senior leaders in Gas Power and the Controls business.
Use your academic knowledge to complete assigned project(s), deliver positive outcomes, and contribute to the success of our team.
