Job summary

GE Vernova's Grid Solutions is seeking a co-op/intern to engage in manufacturing/supply chain projects, reporting progress, and applying academic knowledge to drive positive outcomes. The role emphasizes Lean, quality, or electrical engineering, with cross-functional teamwork to improve production areas.

You will gain hands-on experience, potentially using AI and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, while contributing to customer satisfaction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline.
• Following majors accepted: Engineering, and other Energy related majors will be considered.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
• Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on assignments/projects to stretch your learning and skill set.
• Report progress and status.
• Use your academic knowledge to complete assigned project(s), deliver positive outcome, and contribute to the success of our team.
• Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas.
• Engineering interns in Grid Solutions experience technically challenging assignments in the power generation.
