Qualifications

• Current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree
• Completed at least two full years of college
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be willing to work out of the Longmont, CO facility for duration of role

Responsibilities

• Partner with Lifecycle Program Managers to identify operational bottlenecks and develop Lean solutions to streamline product lifecycle workflows
• Formalize Standard Work and process documentation to ensure consistency across programs and prevent work duplication
• Optimize cross-functional communication by creating standardized workflows between engineering and commercial teams
• Analyze lifecycle program data to identify opportunities for cycle-time reduction while keeping technical objectives aligned with product strategy
