Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Experience applying lean thinking in operations.
• Ability to lead improvement initiatives and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Support EOS goals through selected projects.
• Identify and remove process obstacles with plant personnel.
• Assist changes to systems and processes for EOS initiatives.
• Learn value stream mapping to design flow improvements.
• Act as a change agent and facilitate rapid improvement events.
• Maintain visual performance tools and dashboards.
• Conduct cycle time analysis and work balance improvements.
• Collaborate to improve use of people, machines, and information.
