Job summary

American Air Filter (AAF International) is seeking a Site Continuous Improvement Manager to use data and analytics to drive efficiency, throughput, safety, quality, and on-time delivery in Bartow, Florida.

You will lead Kaizen events, develop value streams, apply PDCA, drive metrics, and partner with engineering to reduce costs and improve production methods, while building change readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or similar technical field.
• Lean manufacturing training/experience.
• 3-7+ years manufacturing, technical or R&D experience.
• Strong leadership and change agent capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a manufacturing map of current and future state value streams (from procurement to order fulfillment).
• Lead Kaizen events and implement Daikin Production System practices.
• Drive monthly metrics with root cause analysis and detailed action plans.
• Improve daily management processes with visual management tools (Gemba boards).
• Collaborate with engineering and management to improve production methods and reduce costs.
