Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Lean Manufacturing Specialist II to lead continuous improvement across its Fremont manufacturing operations and global sites. You will implement process enhancements, drive cost and lead-time reductions, and develop standard work with Kaizen events and A3 documentation.

You will coach engineers, supervisors, and operators in PDCA, 8D, and value stream mapping. You will deliver weekly Lean training, organize quarterly recognition, and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Structured problem-solving: PDCA, DMAIC, 8D methodologies.
• Experience with value stream mapping and weekly performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across Fremont and global manufacturing ops.
• Deliver weekly Lean training to engineers, supervisors, and operators.
• Develop cost, lead-time, and quality improvements with Kaizen events.
• Create and maintain standard work and improvement documentation.
