Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and build the plant’s Continuous Improvement Team.
• Coordinate the activities of the site Lean initiative with the CI Team.
• Evaluate operations to identify waste and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate value stream mapping (VSM) and Kaizen activities.
• Develop, prioritize, and implement solutions to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Document and standardize improvements.
• Teach, coach, and mentor all levels of employees in Continuous Improvement and manufacturing principles.
