Job summary

West seeks a Lean/Continuous Improvement professional in North Carolina to coordinate goals using lean techniques, plan and execute process projects, and drive annual targets, including waste reduction.

You will develop dashboards (Power BI/Excel) to track KPIs, provide technical advice, and lead cross-functional teams in cost saving and root cause analysis.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 3 years in medical device; Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred; travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years Medical Device industry experience.
• Six Sigma Experience preferred.
• Lean Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lean deployment & continuous improvements (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED).
• Provide technical advice and analytical support for site-level projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Excel/LDMS) to track KPIs and performance.
• Collaborate with Automation, Digital & Technology stakeholders to implement digitalization and reporting efficiency.
• Promote Lean culture and continuous improvement mindset within operational teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams in cost-saving activities and root cause analysis.
