Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools knowledge (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone).
• Proficiency in math, reading, writing and basic data entry/typing.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineers to meet production goals and productivity improvements.
• Assist in data collection, data entry and filing for process improvements.
• Review and help update SOPs, work instructions and process documents.
• Train operators and supervisors on new equipment or processes.
• Support Lean/High-Performance initiatives and daily data reporting.
