Job summary

Hunter Recruiting seeks a Process Engineer to lead productivity-improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, and cost reduction in a manufacturing setting. You will provide technical resources to operations and drive better tools, processes, and training for meeting performance standards.

You will work with leadership to improve process flow, yields, and equipment reliability, while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Chemical preferred.
• Six Sigma experience is highly valued.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing/production and process engineering.
• Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP Navigation and Power BI skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity improvement projects focusing on safety, quality, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Provide production-engineering support to improve process flow and yields.
• Lead improvement teams and production analyses to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop de-bottlenecking plans and implement lean manufacturing concepts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred)
