Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years process engineering in manufacturing; 5+ preferred.
• Lean/continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements to boost safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain standard work, process docs, and cycle times.
• Conduct process analysis, Gemba walks, and root-cause investigations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.
• Manage PFMEA and ECNs; support new product launches.
• Analyze data to improve throughput and reduce scrap.
